By accessing and using the online payment facility available on the Ramakrishna Mission website, users agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any payment.
The online payment facility is provided by Ramakrishna Mission ("the Institution") through an authorized bank payment gateway to facilitate payment of fees and other charges related to admissions, examinations, registrations, and other academic or administrative services.
By making a payment through this payment gateway, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree, they should refrain from using the online payment facility.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and complete. The Institution shall not be responsible for any payment failure arising due to incorrect information, insufficient funds, or technical issues beyond its control.
All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted bank payment gateway. The Institution does not store or have access to users' debit/credit card details, net banking credentials, PINs, or CVV numbers.
Upon successful completion of a transaction, an electronic receipt or confirmation will be generated. Users are advised to retain the transaction reference number for future correspondence.
In case of failed or incomplete transactions where the amount has been debited, users should first verify the status with their bank. If the amount is debited but not reflected in the Institution records, the matter will be resolved as per the bank's settlement process.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the Institution's Refund Policy and relevant bank rules. Processing of refunds may take the time prescribed by the bank or payment gateway, and the Institution shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
The online payment facility is available on an "as is" basis. The Institution does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be held responsible for system downtime, network issues, or technical failures.
Users shall not misuse the payment gateway for unlawful activities. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or misuse the payment system may result in legal action under applicable laws.
The Institution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the online payment facility, including but not limited to technical errors, system failures, or third-party service interruptions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Meghalaya.
The Institution reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the online payment facility shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
